Assuming that you are visiting Stoke on Trent you have to reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff in the reception were there at all the time. The beds ended up comfortable and the other guests were being generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Quite pleasant hotel and wonderful location. Surely will recommend this place!

Stayed for five nights with my wife. Beds were big enough and the space was always clean up. The personnel were very useful and friendly and always made us feel like home. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was excellent. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.
